About the Role

SISYA CLASS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Eligibility
MBA (HR) Graduate or Final Year Student
BBA Graduate or Final Year Student
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Positive interpersonal and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Passion for Human Resources and Recruitment

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Assist in onboarding and employee documentation




Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates
