We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure timely sourcing of quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining robust supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
Source materials, products, and services as per business requirements.
Generate and process purchase orders and track deliveries.
Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve cost savings.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, quality issues, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and current vendors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
Solid knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
