We are looking for a BIM Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain BIM models (Revit).
Extract quantities and prepare BOQs from BIM models.
Prepare project cost estimates and budgets.
Track project costs and monitor budget during execution.
Coordinate with design and site teams.
Assist in BIM modeling and design development during non-project periods.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
Experience in BIM modeling, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Excel,
Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
