Key Responsibilities

Editorial & Content Quality
Review, edit, and proofread content across Health, Travel, and Motor insurance categories.
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, tonality, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Simplify complex insurance topics into user-friendly, engaging content.

SEO Coordination & Optimization
Work closely with the SEO team to understand content requirements, keyword strategies, and optimization priorities.
Translate SEO briefs into high-quality, search-optimized content.
Optimize content based on SEO best practices, including keyword integration, meta tags, readability, and structure.
Conduct regular content audits to improve organic search performance.
Identify content gaps and prospects in collaboration with the SEO team.
Ensure alignment with evolving search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

Agency Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for content agencies.
Share transparent briefs (aligned with SEO inputs), guidelines,



and feedback with external vendors.
Ensure timely delivery of content as per publishing schedules.
Monitor agency output for quality, compliance, and SEO effectiveness.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal) for content approvals and updates. (If any)
Align content with product features, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

Content Compliance & Governance
Ensure all content adheres to IRDAI guidelines and internal compliance frameworks.
Maintain version control and documentation for content updates.

Performance Monitoring
Track content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
Work with the SEO team to evaluate performance and recommend improvements based on traffic, rankings, and engagement metrics.
