Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, networks, and user support activities. The candidate will ensure smooth IT operations and provide timely technical assistance to employees.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

Manage user accounts, email IDs, and access permissions.

Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

Install and update operating systems, antivirus software, and applications.

Perform regular data backup and recovery activities.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.

Ensure IT security policies and procedures are followed.

Support video conferencing, office applications, and other business systems.





Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within defined timelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

Basic knowledge of servers, firewalls, and cybersecurity practices.

Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration.

Knowledge of CCTV, biometric devices, and access control systems.

Understanding of cloud platforms and backup solutions.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,659.98 per month
