Personal

Have a minimum 4 years experience
Have from a solid technical hands-on background in the following areas:
Automated testing
Confortable with agile practices
Experience cultivating and contributing to sustainable community initiatives
Ability to demonstrate the leadership and personal example to inspire change to all participants in a transformation programme
Confortable with all forms of communication and collaboration with their colleagues

Technical

Test Automation
Hands on development-team experience in JVM stack
Expert in the theory and practice of TDD, BDD and IoC and the frameworks that implement them




Experienced in all facets of team-oriented development practices such as pair-programming
Familiarity with the CI and software development tools - e.g. Jenkins, git, gradle/maven, nexus
Hands on experience conceiving and executing automated test strategies
Familiar with tools in the testing landscape – cucumber, geb, jbehave, etc together with there strengths and weaknesses
Service virtualization
Test automation and continuous Delivery
