Role & Responsibilities
Oversee daily Boys hostel operations including room assignments, attendance tracking, and facility maintenance coordination.
Enforce hostel rules and behavioural guidelines while mentoring students on discipline, time management, and personal responsibility.
Respond promptly to emergencies, student grievances, and parent concerns with empathy and procedural fairness.
Collaborate with campus security, housekeeping, and academic staff to ensure a clean, secure, and orderly living environment.
Organize and supervise hostel events, wellness programs, and community-building activities to foster student engagement.
Maintain detailed records of incidents, student progress,



and compliance with institutional policies.
