Maintaining time-line in providing commercials to Sales, Customers, agent query if any.9. Ensure rates provided are Valid with terms & conditions mentioned if any.10. Develop PR with Overseas agents, Customers & Co-loaders and focus on closing as many deals as possible on weekly/monthly basis.11. Ensure Enquiry sheet, Pricing sheet is updated on daily/weekly basis.12. Follow-up with Sales for feedback of quoted rates.
Operation:
Handle complete air export shipment processes from booking to final departure.
Coordinate with customers for shipment planning and documentation.
Arrange cargo booking with airlines and freight carriers.
Coordinate with transporters for cargo pickup and airport delivery.
Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) for export customs clearance.
Monitor shipment movement and ensure on-time flight departures.
Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
Handle urgent, dangerous goods (DG), temperature-controlled, and special cargo as per airline and IATA regulations.
