Develop and implement the hotel's IT strategy aligned with business goals.
Manage all hotel IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Wi-Fi, CCTV, telephony, and data centers.
Administer and support hotel management systems such as Property Management System (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), Central Reservation System (CRS), Channel Manager, and Revenue Management System (RMS).
Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical hotel systems and applications.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives, including firewalls, antivirus, data protection, backups, disaster recovery, and compliance.
Oversee software and hardware installation, upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Manage vendor relationships, IT contracts, software licensing, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
Prepare and manage the IT department budget and technology investments.




Lead, train, and evaluate the IT team while providing technical guidance.
Support hotel departments by resolving technical issues and improving operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.
Monitor system performance, prepare IT reports, and recommend technology improvements.
Implement and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Support digital initiatives, including mobile applications, smart room technologies, and cloud-based solutions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
