Location: Work from Office North Bangalore

Duration: 26 months (can convert to full time based on performance)

Work Days: 6 days/week

If you enjoy talking to people, asking questions, and learning how businesses actually hire and sell this role is for you.

What will you actually do?

This is not a fake internship. Youll work directly with live projects.

Your work will include:
Calling candidates for recruitment (screening & validation)
Pre-sales calls to understand interest & eligibility
Inside sales support for our clients
Updating call notes and basic tracking
Learning how hiring, sales funnels & negotiations work in real life

Youll be trained, supported,



and gradually trusted with more responsibility.

Comfortable speaking on phone calls
Curious mindset & willingness to learn
Discipline to come to office and do the work
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Google Docs, Sheets)
