Job Title: Field Research Associate

About the Company

Crest Ventures Limited is a publicly listed real estate and financial services platform with a strong track record across residential development and structured real estate prospects in Mumbai and key Indian markets.

As we actively evaluate recent acquisition opportunities across the city, we are looking for a sharp, on-the-ground intern to support our property diligence and area research function.

This is a field-first role, if you'd rather be out in the city than behind a desk, this is built for you. So, what you'll do:
Conduct on-ground site visits for prospective properties across Mumbai & MMR
Assess liveability factors such as:
Noise (traffic, railways, commercial activity)
Traffic movement and congestion (time-of-day based)
Access roads, road widths, ingress/egress
Surrounding land use and neighbourhood dynamics
Perform field surveys and gather local insights through informal interactions
Flag constraints and risks not visible in plans or documents
Document findings through written notes, photos, videos,



and structured summaries

Who We’re Looking For
Open to freshers, as well as candidates with relevant experience
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working independently on field assignments
Clear written and verbal communication - your reports will reach senior leadership
Willingness to learn real estate fundamentals on the job

Good to Have
Familiarity with Mumbai’s neighborhoods and micro-markets
Comfort with frequent site visits and city travel
Two-wheeler or car (preferred, not mandatory)
