About the Role

Were looking for a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visuals, animation, and storytelling. Youll work closely with creative teams to craft engaging content across digital, social, and brand platforms, delivering work that is both visually stunning and strategically aligned.

Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital and social platforms.
Transform scripts, briefs, and ideas into visually engaging stories with strong design and animation sensibility.
Design and animate 2D/3D assets including typography, logos, and brand elements.
Collaborate with designers, editors, and creative leads to ensure consistency in storytelling and visual output.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and global quality standards.
Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, animation, and digital content.
Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and performance.

Essential Skills & Requirements
Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D, Blender, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro,



Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Advanced knowledge of After Effects with expertise in animation, compositing, and motion design principles.
Solid understanding of 3D workflows including modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering.
Strong grasp of video formats, compression, and optimization for web and social media platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail, timing, and visual aesthetics.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.
Experience or understanding of working with global brands and maintaining high-quality creative standards.
A robust passion for storytelling, design, and continuous learning.

Good to Have
Basic knowledge of sound design and editing.
Experience with plugins (Trapcode, Element 3D, Redshift, etc.).
Understanding of color grading and post-production workflows.
Portfolio Requirements
A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion graphics, animation, and storytelling skills.
Demonstrated work across social media, digital campaigns, or branded content.
Ability to showcase a mix of 2D and/or 3D motion work.
