Reporting To: Project Manager / Planning Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our real estate projects team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role requires expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), project milestones, and activity sequencing.
Prepare look-ahead plans (2-week,



4-week, and monthly schedules).
Establish project timelines in coordination with project managers and site teams.

Project Monitoring & Control
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against approved schedules.
Identify delays, analyze schedule variances, and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare recovery plans to mitigate project delays.
Track critical activities using Critical Path Method (CPM).

Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Develop project dashboards, S-Curves, manpower histograms, and resource utilization reports.
Present progress reports to senior management during project review meetings.
Maintain project documentation and planning records.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
