Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Vile Parle East, Mumbai

Experience: 4–5 Years (Real Estate Developer Experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

· Procure construction materials, MEP items, and site requirements.

· Source vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing.

· Prepare comparative statements and issue purchase orders.

· Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely material delivery.

· Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.

· Verify invoices, GRNs, and purchase documentation.

· Maintain vendor database and procurement records.

· Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality and timelines.

Requirements:

· 4–5 years of procurement experience with a Mumbai-based real estate developer.

· Robust knowledge of construction materials and local vendor network.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/Tally.

· Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Candidates currently residing in Mumbai only.
