Perform CAD study (CAD missing, CAD issues, Intersections)
Candidate will be responsible for meshing Sheet metal, Plastic trims and Powertrain components as per Power train safety model build standards.
Prepare input (CAD/BOM/NGD) data queries, connection/intersection, BOM etc.
Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
Prepare the system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts) and analytical assemblies.
Able to assign contacts interfaces, database (node/section/part/element).
Perform de-penetration/intersection at vehicle level.
He / She should be a quick learner and adapt to the process quickly.
