About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing AdTech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, generating high-quality sales opportunities, and supporting the Account Executives in driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and working in a quick-paced technology setting.

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.

 Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales outreach channels.

 Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, timeline, and fit.

 Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team.

 Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.

 Understand the company's AdTech solutions and communicate their value proposition effectively.





 Develop personalized outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.

 Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture opportunities.

 Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

 Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and sales activities.

 Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outreach, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generation. Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

 1–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.

 Experience selling SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Digital Marketing, or Technology solutions is preferred.

 Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
