Responsibilities
Prepare and draft plans tailored to each clients unique space.
Collaborate with clients and their teams to fully understand their vision.
Identify and resolve conflicts between client preferences and the functional requirements of the design.
Create and present 3D models of buildings or spaces being designed.
Develop comprehensive floor plans illustrating how the current design will integrate into the existing space.
Meet with clients to discuss budget details, design requirements, and project completion timelines.
Requirements
Solid communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.
Willingness to travel, if required.
Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional teams.
