A leading, high-growth financial services institution backed by a globally established financial group is looking for a National Sales Head to build and scale its Secured Direct Lending business across India.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and execute the national growth strategy for secured lending. Own business expansion, market penetration and portfolio growth. Drive business profitability and portfolio quality.
Build and lead a pan-India direct sales organization. Hire and develop Regional Heads and sales leadership. Establish branch expansion strategy across high-potential markets.
Build a strong connector ecosystem and alternate sourcing channels.
Drive sourcing, disbursements, productivity and customer acquisition.




Lead local market activation initiatives including connector meets and customer campaigns.
Partner closely with Credit, Risk, Product, Legal, Operations and Finance to build scalable, compliant and customer-centric lending solutions.
Ensure disciplined underwriting and portfolio quality. Drive robust governance around collateral evaluation, legal documentation and property risk.

Skills and Qualification:
MBA/CA with 18+ years of experience in secured retail lending
Deep expertise across one or more of products like Micro LAP, MSME LAP, Rural LAP, Affordable Housing Finance
Proven experience leading large direct sales teams across India
Robust understanding of Secured lending, Property collateral, Technical & legal evaluation, Credit risk, Distribution strategy
Demonstrated success in scaling businesses from growth to national scale
Solid commercial and P&L; orientation
Candidates who have successfully built direct sourcing businesses, connector ecosystems and branch-led distribution models will be highly preferred.
