About the role

The position of Pre-Sales Executive - Solutions offers an exciting opportunity to engage in the early stages of thesales process by conducting feasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability, and potential success. The Pre-Sales Executive – Solutions will play a crucial role in managing the sales bid process, collaborating closely with the sales/operations team to align strategies, and offering support and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Feasibility assessment before committing to a project or sale to determine its practicality, viability, and potential success.





Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs, RFQs & RFPs

Developing and maintaining robust relationships with key internal stakeholders

Collaborating with sales, and marketing teams to align on strategy and approach

Providing support and expertise during the sales process

Quick turnaround time and adaptability to schedule adjustments

Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of client interactions, sales processes and MIS (preferably each week)

Conducting thorough needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements

Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients

Assisting in the creation of sales collateral and proposal materials

Analysing client feedback to improve offerings and sales techniques

Good at time management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good analytical skills
