We are looking for a qualified EMT Trainer to deliver training programs in emergency medical care, including first aid, trauma response, and life-saving techniques. The candidate will be responsible for both classroom teaching and practical training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on emergency medical care and first aid
Teach CPR, patient stabilization, and trauma management techniques
Provide hands-on training using simulation and real-life scenarios
Prepare training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
Ensure compliance with healthcare training standards
Maintain training records and reports
Stay updated with latest emergency care practices

Required Qualifications




Certification in Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
BLS (Basic Life Support) / ACLS certification preferred
Degree/Diploma in Paramedical Sciences or related field

Experience
2–5 years of experience as an EMT or in emergency care
Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage
