As a pivotal part of our Talent & Culture engine, you'll partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design, execute, and elevate HR practices that attract, retain, and inspire top talent in a energetic, future-focused work setting.

Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end employee lifecycle management—from onboarding to exit—including documentation, compliance, and experience design.
Coordinate recruitment activities: screening, scheduling interviews, managing offers, and ensuring seamless candidate journeys.
Administer payroll, benefits, attendance, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) with accuracy and timeliness.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving HR-related issues with empathy and professionalism.
Support HR initiatives around engagement, performance management,



internal mobility, and policy implementation.
Maintain and audit HR records, reports, and dashboards to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
HRMS tool- PyjamaHR
Statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Labour Laws)
MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data formatting)
Employee onboarding & offboarding workflows
Recruitment coordination & ATS management

Preferred
Experience in Digital marketing agency
Familiarity with HR analytics dashboards
Knowledge of HR policies & employee handbook design
