About the Role

Stark Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator & Modeler – Architectural & Structural for an immediate start at our Technopark Phase-3 office.

This role requires a professional who can effectively balance BIM coordination responsibilities with hands-on modeling work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Architectural and Structural BIM models, performing clash detection and coordination activities, ensuring model quality, and supporting project teams in delivering accurate and coordinated BIM deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

BIM Modeling

- Develop, modify, and maintain Architectural and Structural BIM models using Revit.
- Create detailed 3D models, construction drawings, sections, elevations, schedules, and documentation.
- Incorporate design revisions and project updates into BIM models.
- Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

BIM Coordination

- Perform clash detection and interference checks using Navisworks Manage.
- Generate clash reports and coordinate with project teams to resolve conflicts between Architectural and Structural disciplines.
- Review incoming models for compliance with project standards, coordinate systems, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Support model federation and multidisciplinary coordination activities.

Quality Control & Model Management

- Conduct model audits and quality checks to maintain model health and consistency.




- Ensure adherence to project BIM standards, naming conventions, and workflows.
- Manage model submissions, revisions, and Common Data Environment (CDE) updates.
- Verify spatial accuracy, levels, grids, and project coordinates across all models.

Project Support

- Assist the BIM Manager in project coordination and BIM deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Modelers and project teams.
- Participate in coordination meetings and contribute to resolving technical and modeling issues.
- Support the preparation of BIM-related documentation and project reports.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience

- 3–5 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator, BIM Modeler, or in a similar Architectural/Structural BIM role.
- Experience handling both coordination and hands-on modeling responsibilities is preferred.

Technical Skills

- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architectural & Structural).
- Robust working knowledge of Navisworks Manage for clash detection and coordination.
- Good understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and project delivery processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD and BIM 360/ACC is an added advantage.

Education

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
