About the Role

We are seeking ambitious and experienced Sales & Marketing Managers to drive real estate sales and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales through existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings to track performance and strategies.
- Liaise between customers and the company to provide updates on services, pricing, and project launches.
- Expand and maintain a solid customer base.
- Drive business growth through multiple sales and marketing channels.
- Aggressively achieve sales targets with continuous client follow‑up.
- Build and retain strong client relationships by understanding their needs.
- Develop strategies to improve sales performance and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Sales & Marketing (Real Estate preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service.




- Ability to build long‑term client relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on revenue generation.
- Location: Only candidates from Delhi NCR should apply.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
