About the Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at InnoTransVentive. You will manage digital marketing for multiple clients — handling everything from graphic design and video creatives to paid ad campaigns and website management.

Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and optimise paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for multiple clients
- Create graphics, reels, and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, and AI generative art tools
- Manage and update client websites on WordPress and/or Shopify
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular reports and insights with clients
- Manage client ad budgets to maximise ROI
- Coordinate with the internal team to align creatives and strategy for each client
- Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, AI design tools, and social media

Requirements

- 1 year of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut,



and AI-based design/art tools
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and/or Shopify
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is sufficient
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and Ads dashboards
- Strong communication skills — able to interact confidently with clients
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Must have own laptop
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Good to Have

- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
- Portfolio of past campaigns or creatives

What We Offer

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Monday to Friday: Work from Office (IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun)
