Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter with experience in hiring for technical roles, especially within engineering or manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
- Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Meet hiring deadlines and targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in technical recruitment preferred
- Robust sourcing and screening capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals
