Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).

Experience

- 8–15 years of experience in residential, commercial, or real estate construction projects.
- Experience in handling multiple construction sites simultaneously is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Review BOQs, estimates, contracts, and billing certifications.
- Track project costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.




- Manage subcontractors and resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with procurement for timely material and equipment availability.
- Review and approve contractor bills, work measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory approvals, and company policies.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports for management.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
