This role is responsible for implementation of Manual and Automation Test Frameworks. The incumbent is responsible for planning, deploying, and managing the testing effort for any given engagement /release. The incumbent defines the scope of testing within the context of each release /delivery. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: ? 2-5 years of Testing Experience ? Valuable Communication, articulation skills and assertiveness ? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders ? Certification in Automation tools (preferred)
? Experience in BFSI/Telecom domain/as per requirement will be an added advantage ? Should be able to drive processes and adherence ? Knowledge of Agile methodology ? Ability to manage a small team ? Knowledge of reporting wherever needed ___________________________________________________________________________ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES: 1. Plays a critical/lead role in coordination with Application team for creating test design framework as per RTM 2. Creates/updates Test Data for Automation Test cases 3. Performs SIT & UAT Test Execution and oversees the test execution of the Junior TE’s 4. Selects the applicable Regression Tests and Test cases suitable for automation considering automation selection criteria 5. Reports defects & follows up with Developers / BA / IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA 6. Provides Test Results walkthrough to stakeholders for Sign off. 7. Creates, maintains Test Assets and Repository 8. Assists Team lead in driving testing best practices through regular knowledge sharing sessions 9. Documentation for Project Including Test Planning, Execution, Defect Reporting 10. Ensures regular communication with test lead on any issue that may impact quality, schedule, or budget of the project. 11. Manages timesheets of team/self and ensures accuracy of leave management, thus assisting TL in RMG related data 12.
