Hiring: Safety Officer & Site Admin

Location: Gurgaon, Sector-90, Haryana
Position: Safety Officer & Site Admin
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Safety Officer & Site Admin to join our construction project in Gurgaon, Sector-90. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in construction site safety, site administration, and security management, along with a strong understanding of HSE standards and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and company safety policies.
- Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Perform regular Site Safety Inspections and Safety Audits.
- Prepare and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Safe Work Procedures.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training.
- Monitor and manage the Work Permit System.
- Ensure implementation of fire safety and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain Occupational Health & Safety standards.
- Handle site administration, documentation, attendance, and coordination activities.




- Coordinate site security and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
- Investigate incidents and recommend preventive and corrective actions.

Preferred Industry Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in Infrastructure or Construction Projects.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or any relevant discipline.
- NEBOSH, Diploma in Industrial Safety, ADIS, or any recognised Safety Certification will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
