Experience: 2-5 Years (Industrial/Construction Billing Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage billing and invoicing activities for industrial plant/factory projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate bills, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring timely payments and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process client invoices, RA bills, and final bills

Verify measurements, work completion, and billing quantities as per BOQ

Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing inputs

Maintain proper billing records and documentation

Track payments, outstanding invoices, and follow up with clients

Ensure billing is done as per contract terms and conditions

Assist in preparing cost reports and financial summaries

Handle vendor bills and support in payment processing

Resolve billing discrepancies and client queries





Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of billing processes in construction/industrial projects

Understanding of BOQ, measurements, and RA billing

Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field

2–5 years of experience in billing (preferably industrial or construction projects)

Preferred:

Experience in factory or industrial project billing

Knowledge of GST, taxation, and invoicing standards

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
