Job Description

- We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Head to oversee our server manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness in our manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise in server manufacturing, and a strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- - Strategic Planning: Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Production Management:Oversee all aspects of server production, including scheduling, resource allocation,



and capacity planning to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure consistent product excellence and adherence to industry standards.
- Cost Optimization: Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high product quality and operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain Management:Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors, engineers, and technicians to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior operations management role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Robust technical knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
- Solid understanding of quality management systems and lean manufacturing principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
