Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Tester to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system through comprehensive testing, defect identification, and validation of business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of PeopleSoft Campus modules and robust quality assurance methodologies to support our academic and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules, including but not limited to Campus Community, Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, and Student Financials.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all system enhancements, bug fixes, and recent implementations meet specified requirements and are free of defects.
- Collaborate closely with functional analysts, developers, and business users to understand requirements,



design effective test strategies, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Identify, document, track, and prioritize defects and issues using designated defect management tools, working with development teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough data validation and integrity checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of information within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), providing testing expertise and ensuring quality gates are met.
- Provide clear, concise, and timely status updates on testing progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of testing environments and test data.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support during go-live activities and post-implementation verification.
