Role Overview:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 3–5 years of experience in building scalable and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Hibernate, and Spring Framework, along with a good understanding of backend development and database design.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications.

- Work extensively with Hibernate ORM for database operations and performance

optimization.

- Develop backend services using Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred).

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA, and DevOps.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and technical planning.

- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

- Ensure application security, data protection, and integrity.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain proper documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 or above)

- Hands-on experience with Hibernate / JPA

- Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data)

- Good understanding of RESTful API development

- Experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)

- Familiarity with Git or any version control system

- Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools

- Understanding of microservices architecture is a plus

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

- Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills

- Good communication and teamwork abilities

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Quick learner with a proactive attitude

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
