Project Role Description : Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate effective data collection, storage, access, and usage; and drive data stewardship initiatives for comprehensive and effective data governance.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and data teams. The candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into data solutions, perform data analysis, validate outputs, and provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and data requirements.
- Perform data mapping, data lineage analysis, and source-to-target mapping.
- Develop and validate SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Create dashboards, reports,



and visualizations using BI tools.
- Conduct data quality assessments and validation activities.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Architects, Product Owners, and SMEs to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to business and leadership teams.
- Maintain project documentation, process flows, business rules, and data dictionaries..

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. SQL and data experience
- Strong capability in data manipulation and querying using MySQL to extract and analyze relevant datasets.
- Experience in translating business requirements into analytical solutions that drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to apply statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques to interpret complex data.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools to present insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Competence in identifying data quality issues and implementing appropriate data cleansing procedures.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business analysis, Data Analysis & Interpretation.

- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
