- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and delivery quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management.
- Robust knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to effectively manage project workflows.
- Experience in facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Ability to identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
- Skilled in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and communicate effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize team performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
