Branch Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth within a specific branch location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the branch.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing regular feedback, training, and performance reviews to foster a high-performing sales culture.
- Monitor individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities, cultivate client relationships,



and expand the branch's customer base through proactive outreach and community engagement.
- Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
