- Fresh MBA (HR) graduate.
- Industrial Training/Internship in Recruitment is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Knowledge of bulk hiring will be an advantage.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR Recruitment.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals and other hiring channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Assist in bulk hiring and recruitment drives.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
