Role Overview

The Head of Recruitment will lead the strategic talent acquisition roadmap for a (FMCG) company. This role demands a strong focus on mass-hiring for sales forces, leadership hiring for commercial teams, and building a strong employer brand to attract top-tier FMCG professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Strategy: Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel sourcing and recruitment strategies to support rapid business expansion and high-volume hiring (e.g., General Trade, Up-to-date Trade, and supply chain).
- Leadership Hiring: Partner directly with the CHRO and business unit heads to identify, attract, and onboard critical senior leadership roles, including Regional Sales Managers and Brand Heads.
- Employer Branding: Spearhead employer branding initiatives in the regional market to position the company as an Employer of Choice for FMCG talent.
- Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and job boards to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent.
- Process Optimization:



Monitor recruitment metrics (Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire) to streamline hiring workflows and implement advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity hiring initiatives to ensure talent acquisition practices reflect the diverse consumer base.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA in HR is strongly preferred.
- Experience: 10 to 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 5 years leading recruitment teams in the FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Durables industry.
- FMCG Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FMCG-specific talent landscapes, including trade marketing, distribution management networks, and supply chain operations.
- Competencies: Exceptional stakeholder management, vendor negotiation, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
