At 44 Emb Studio, where heritage craftsmanship meets contemporary couture, we invite aspiring talent to experience the intricate world of luxury hand embroidery. As an Assistant Merchandiser, you will work closely with our core team, gaining immersive exposure to the lifecycle of haute couture embroidery—from concept to execution—while supporting seamless coordination between artisans, vendors, and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the development and presentation of embroidery samples, curated catalogues, and refined buyer showcases.

· Coordinate with artisan clusters, suppliers, and vendors for sourcing premium materials and managing approvals.

· Support order processing, production follow-ups, and shipment tracking to ensure timely execution.

· Maintain and update merchandising documentation, including purchase orders, reports, and export records.

· Facilitate communication with international buyers for approvals, queries, and order updates under guidance.





· Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to uphold the studio’s standards of excellence.

· Conduct research on global trends, textiles, techniques, and competitive landscape within luxury fashion.

Qualification & Skills

- Studies in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, or a related discipline.
- A keen interest in luxury fashion, craftsmanship, and embroidery manufacturing.
- Strong communication skills with a refined and professional approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and quality-driven setting.
