They interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to machine parts using lathes, grinders, and mills, ensuring high-precision tolerances. They also troubleshoot production issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure quality.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Build: Create and modify stamping dies, tools, and gauges for metal production.
Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair dies and tools to minimize production downtime.
Quality Control: Test completed dies and tools through test runs and adjust as necessary.
Experience: Minimum 7+ year
Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Engineering
