Role Description

This is a full time, on-site Interior Architect role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Architect will be responsible for developing interior concepts, preparing layouts, and translating client requirements into detailed design plans. Day-to-day tasks include space planning, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating interior fit-out details, and working with vendors and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs. The role also involves site visits, reviewing drawings, and collaborating with other design and project stakeholders to maintain quality, timelines, and budget.

Qualifications




Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetic layouts.
Robust understanding of Architecture and Interior Architecture to integrate structural and interior elements seamlessly.
Experience with Interior Fit-out processes, including detailing, material selection, and in office coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture may also be considered.
Ability to use design and drafting software ( AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape tools).
Strong visual, creative, and conceptual design skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Capability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving client needs.
