We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our advertising, branding, and digital marketing services.

The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting customised marketing solutions,



preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining client relationships, identifying upselling prospects, and achieving individual sales targets.

Qualifications
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and business development abilities.
Understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing concepts.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience in B2B sales, advertising, media, or marketing services is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
