Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
Solid knowledge of financial accounting and controlling modules within SAP.
Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI CO to meet business requirements.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Familiarity with integration points between SAP FI CO and other SAP modules.
Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP FI CO functionalities.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
