Key Responsibilities:

Guest Room & Public Area Maintenance
Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas as per hotel standards.
Ensure all amenities, linens, and guest supplies are replenished and neatly arranged.
Perform turndown service where applicable.
Handle laundry, linen, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.

Quality & Standards
Follow five-star luxury service standards in housekeeping operations.
Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
Report maintenance issues and damages immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Guest Interaction
Greet guests politely and assist with their requests whenever possible.
Respect guest privacy by adhering to “Do Not Disturb” and “Privacy” policies.
Handle guest belongings with utmost care and integrity.

Teamwork & Operations
Coordinate with supervisors and fellow associates for smooth daily operations.
Assist in stock management of linen, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.




Support in deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping tasks.
Attend departmental briefings, trainings, and grooming checks.

Skills & Competencies:
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced luxury environment.
Professional grooming and excellent personal hygiene.
Basic communication skills in English (additional languages preferred).
Positive attitude, team spirit, and customer service orientation.

Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in housekeeping (preferably in a luxury hotel/resort).
Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
Physically fit to perform housekeeping duties.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
