Role Description This Human Resources Intern role is an internship position based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. Typical tasks include coordinating interviews, scheduling meetings, assisting with employee engagement activities, and supporting the administration of perks and leaves under supervision. The role also involves helping compile HR reports, contributing to personnel management initiatives, and providing general HR support to the team.
The intern will collaborate closely with HR leadership to learn best practices and gain practical experience in a growing fashion and empowerment-focused company.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
Basic understanding of HR Policies and Employee Perks, and willingness to learn company-specific procedures.
Exposure to Personnel Management, including maintaining employee records and supporting onboarding activities.
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse team members.
Proficiency with standard office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentations); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Mumbai, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and collaboration.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior internship or project experience in HR is an advantage.
