Tool Room Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and maintaining tools, fixtures and equipment used in R&D; and manufacturing processes ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.

Job Responsibilities:
Create designs for tools, dies, molds, jigs and mixtures. Manufacturing of the above.
Selection, purchase, installation of machinery for tool room.
Designing and developing assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Training of technicians.
Collaborate with R&D; and production teams to implement first-time-right processes.
Ensure that tools and fixtures meet quality and safety standards.
Implement maintenance schedules and conduct repairs to keep tools and fixtures in optimum working condition.
Miantain records, documentation and drawing related to tools and fixtures.




Keep track of design changes and project specifications.

Key Skills:
High level of understanding of Tools & Fixtures and their applications.
Solid knowledge of manufacturing and materials.
Attention to details and problem-solving skills
Positive communication skills
Excellent Mathematical ability
Positive attitude & a learning mindset

Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience as a tool room engineer.

Qualification:
Degree / diploma in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Branch

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
