Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage live trips, routes, and load movements across US transportation networks.
Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
Track delays, identify risks, and take proactive corrective actions.
Handle real-time escalations such as breakdowns, delays, no-shows, and HOS risks.
Maintain accurate updates in dispatch systems and internal tools.
Communicate effectively with clients via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
Share regular updates and reports with internal teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
Fluent English: Robust verbal and written communication is a must.
Shift Flexibility: Ability to work US hours/night shifts.
Skills: Problem-solving mindset and basic computer proficiency.
