Job Summary

Sunil Construction Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely project execution through effective planning and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Prepare project plans, WBS, milestones, and progress reports.
Monitor project progress and identify delays or schedule deviations.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and other stakeholders.
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports and project dashboards.
Conduct critical path analysis, resource planning, and productivity tracking.
Assist in project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Recommend corrective actions to achieve project timelines.




Maintain planning documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
8–10 years of experience in construction project planning.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Advanced MS Excel.
Strong understanding of construction planning, scheduling, and project controls.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
Residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.
Knowledge of S-Curve, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), and project reporting.
