As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing all ticketing and travel-related activities across multiple transportation modes, including flights, trains, buses, and other services. Your role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Ticketing Operations Oversight
Supervise and manage ticket booking, reservation, and issuance processes for flights, trains, buses, and other transportation services.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely issuance of tickets by the ticketing team.
Approve and oversee changes, reissuance, and cancellations in line with airline and company policies.
Monitor daily ticketing performance and resolve escalated booking issues.

Customer Service Management
Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently maintained at the branch level.
Handle escalated customer inquiries related to schedules, fares, routes, and travel arrangements.
Provide guidance on visa requirements, baggage policies, travel insurance, and regulatory updates.




Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and brand reputation.

Coordination with Airlines & Service Providers
Maintain qualified relationships with airlines, railways, bus operators, and other travel service providers.
Coordinate with service providers to confirm reservations, special requests, and priority services.
Ensure timely communication regarding schedule changes, fare updates, and policy revisions.
Oversee refund and reimbursement processes, ensuring adherence to company policies and financial controls.

Team & Branch Management
Train, guide, and evaluate ticketing and customer service staff.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, industry regulations, and company standards.
Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.
Support business growth by improving service quality and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
