We are a customer support organization partnering with leading NBFCs and banks to deliver professional call center services. Our workforce plays a vital role in ensuring smooth customer communication and compliance with industry standards. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people strategy and strengthen our talent base.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for call center/customer support roles, ensuring timely hiring to meet client requirements.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs to enhance employee productivity.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain motivation and reduce attrition.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and client contractual obligations.
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal,



and disciplinary procedures with fairness and professionalism.
Collaborate with operations leadership to forecast manpower needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Monitor performance management systems, appraisals, and career development plans.
Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance systems accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
2–8 years of HR experience, preferably in call center/BPO or financial services support.
Solid knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment and rapid‑paced settings.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
