We’re hiring bartenders for a high-energy restaurant & bar space in Mumbai.
Not looking for “just order-taking” bartenders. We want people who can run a section, hold a conversation, move fast under pressure, and make the bar feel alive.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare classic & signature cocktails
Handle bar mise en place and daily prep
Engage with guests confidently
Maintain cleanliness and bar standards
Coordinate smoothly with floor & kitchen teams
Handle rush hours without melting into decorative garnish

REQUIREMENTS
Previous bartending experience preferred
Freshers are also welcome
Valuable English communication skills
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits & bar workflow
Positive attitude and team mentality
Fast, clean, organized working style




Candidates with exposure to high-volume bars, fine dine, gastropubs, or cocktail-forward venues will be preferred

SALARY

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Based on experience, skill level & venue exposure)
